Love the food. One lady is kinda mean and cheats me out on sour cream but who ever cooks the meat is on point! Fave place to go when I'm in a hurry. I could eat there every day.

I am so sick of the horrible service at this location i will not be back! First of all, we are CUSTOMERS, NOT CATTLE! Please, thank you, and eye contact go a long way! I understand you can be rushed when it is busy, but most of the time there is no one else in line, unlike Chipotle which always has a line! I see the same young lady steaming the tortillas, who never looks at you and always sounds like you are bothering her, and the woman who finishes the burritos who doesn't pay attention and always looks mad. The whole lot of you needs customer service training. As I am sure you don't know what that is sogo to chick-fil-a, notice the smiles?!?! On top of all this tonight I was overcharged, followed by attitude, not an apology, from the kid who screwed up. So many better places to get a burrito in the area I can't imagine this place will be around long.

Having been to various Qdoba locations over the past decade, it's pretty easy to figure out what to get when you visit Qdoba... So when this pregnant lady wanted a burrito.. to Qdoba we go! First, in the middle of the assembly line, the lady behind the counter put pico de gallo on my burrito. I spoke up that I wanted the corn salsa instead. She GLARED at me like "how dare you" and practically yelled at me as she removed the pico de gallo from my burrito. I'm sorry, but it was reminiscent of the "Soup Nazi" episode of Seinfeld, but with salsa. I took my order to go and ate it when I arrived at home. Looking over my receipt, I realized that I was charged for a fountain beverage that I, obviously, did not get. Ridiculous. I'm not sure I'll ever return to this location. I don't think that customer should be treated that way for not wanting pico de gallo.. and now I'm pissed off that I was charged for an item that I did not order.

I've never been that impressed. I do like the fact they have queso and bbq sauce...most of the time i do go the food is luke warm and they need to change their pans...

Great selection of Mexican/Tex-Mex food. Similar concept as Chipotle but more selection. You can choose from nachos, burritos, quesadillas and salads. Selection of meats, chicken and also a few vegetarian options. Fast and friendly service any time I have been there.

I am a big fan of all of the new Mexican chains. Qdoba is a good spot. They have a good variety of food. I like the new addition of the pick 2 (similar to panera's lunch special). I think Baja Fresh has a slight edge over Qdoba and Chipotle is about equal.
